Settings · Rooms & Equipment

Every bed, and its lamp hours.

Rooms are where a session happens. Equipment is each bed and booth, its type, and the hours on its lamps. A bed due for lamps drops out of the booking page by itself.

In the Full Suite, $297 a month per location. Early access: $199, locked in.

Lamp hours in a notebook by the bed.

A customer booked into a bed that is down.

Two beds, one room, double-booked.

How it works

The floor, as the desk sees it.

Rooms bound the calendar. Equipment bounds the rooms.

  1. 01

    Draw the rooms

A room takes one session at a time. Room A, Room B, the spray room.

  2. 02

    Put the equipment in them

Bed 1 in Room A, a Level 1 bed. Bed 2 in Room B, a Level 3 bed. The booth in the spray room.

  3. 03

    Count the hours

Every session adds to the lamps. Set the change point. Near it, a warning. Past it, the bed is down until you reset.

A bed that is down is not offered.

Not greyed out. Not offered. The booking page and the desk both skip it.

Equipment types

Kinds of bed and booth, so a service can say which kind it needs.

Lamp hours

Counted per unit from sessions. A bar on the row.

Change point

Per unit. A warning near it, down past it.

Down for lamps

Taken out of every choice until reset. Reservations move.

Per salon

Every room and unit belongs to one salon.

Sunlamp standard

Built around the FDA's sunlamp rule, because every salon in America is.
