Front Desk · Assistant

What needs doing before 10:30.

A rail beside the desk that says what needs doing next, in your salon's words. A waiver still unsigned, lamps to order, a lead who just bought. Each one with the action on it.

In the Full Suite, $297 a month per location. Early access: $199, locked in.

Twelve things to remember and a customer at the counter.

A lamp change nobody scheduled.

Good news buried in a report.

How it works

Signals, not chat.

The assistant reads the desk's own rows and turns them into short notes with a button. It does not answer customers.

  1. 01

    The desk notices

A waiver due before a booking. A bed near its lamp hours. A free-tan lead who converted. Credits running low.

  2. 02

    The rail says it

One short card each, in the order the day needs them, in your salon's voice.

  3. 03

    You act, or dismiss

Send the waiver, mark lamps ordered, dismiss the good news. The card goes.

Your salon's voice, or plain.

A model can write the words on the rail in your salon's tone. Or leave it plain. Either way the facts come from the desk.

Four kinds

Do now, soon, note, and nice one.

An action on each

The button does the thing. No second screen.

Your voice

Set the tone once. The rail speaks like your counter does.

Plain if you like

Switch the model off and the rail says the same facts, plainly.

Per salon

The rail is about the salon on screen.

Nothing to customers

The assistant talks to your staff, never to a customer.

Sample rail
"Priya still needs to sign the UV consent." Send it by text. "Bed 2 has 40 lamp hours left." Mark ordered.
