Every night
It checks each customer for four things: a plan that fits them better, a pack running out, a regular who has stopped coming, and a card that expires before the next payment.

At the counter
When that customer is on screen, the nudge sits beside them with the sum behind it: what they paid, and what the better plan would have cost.

Staff act or skip
Offer the plan, offer a renewal, send a text, ask for a new card, or skip it. The day's board counts what the desk did.
The numbers come from your prices.
A better-fit plan is priced by the same quote the till and the booking page use, so the nudge and the counter agree.

Friendly wording
An AI model can reword the sentence in your salon's tone. It never sees the customer's details and never changes a number.
Or plain
Switch the model off in Settings, and each nudge shows the rule's own words.
Staff decide
The assistant sends nothing and charges nothing. A person presses the button, or skips.
A score for the desk
Nudges shown, taken and skipped, counted per salon, per day.
"Priya has tanned 11 times this month on single sessions: $132. Unlimited Level 3 would have been $59." Offer the plan, or not now.
