Members Portal · the customer's side

The Members Portal. No app to install.

A member signs in with a code sent to their phone. Their sessions, their pack, their card, their waivers and this month's offer, on one page. Nothing to install.

In the Full Suite, $297 a month per location. Early access: $199, locked in.

A membership card in a wallet.

"How many do I have left?" asked at the counter.

A card update that needs a phone call.

How it works

Three steps, no password.

The same page works for a customer with one day pass and one with a two-year membership.

  1. 01

    They tap the link

From a booking text, an email, or the members line on your website. The short link fits in one text segment.

  2. 02

    They confirm with a code

Six digits to their phone. No password to forget, nothing for your desk to reset.

  3. 03

They see their file at your salon

Bookings, package, payments, waivers, offers and profile. A member of two of your salons sees both.

Everything the desk knows, from their side.

The members page reads the same file the desk writes. It is never a second copy.

Bookings

Next session, change or cancel, book another.

Package

Sessions left, renewal date, join or reserve another.

Payments

The card on file, updated by them.

Waivers

Signed ones, and the next one to sign before a new session type.

Offers

This month's, from your campaigns.

Two salons

One page, both salons, if they visit both.

From a salon
Embracing Online Booking has been a game-changer for our salon. It's drastically improved our efficiencies, allowing our dedicated staff to pivot their focus towards enhancing the experiences of in-salon customers instead of being tethered to phones or managing walk-ins.
