Front Desk
- Front Desk & TillThe screen your counter runs on. Find the customer, ring up the session and the lotion on one ticket, and send them to a free bed.
- BookingsA customer books a bed online in under a minute, with no account. They pay in full, leave a deposit, or pay at the visit. Your front desk checks them in from one screen per salon.
- CustomersEveryone on your books, with their waivers, skin type, packages, bookings and every text, on one file per person, per salon.
- ReservationsA customer who would rather pay in person reserves a pack or a pass from your shelf. The app keeps a worklist for whoever is at the counter when they walk in.
- AI AssistantEvery night the assistant reads each customer's visits, plan and card. When that customer is at the counter, it shows your staff one thing worth saying, with the numbers behind it.
Paperwork
- Skin surveysEvery first-timer answers ten short questions on their phone. The result is filed on the customer, and the app suggests a starting level. It is the Starter package, $19 a month, and every package above holds it.
- WaiversConsent signed on the customer's phone before the visit, or on a tablet at the counter. The PDF sits on their file, per session type, under the salon where it was signed.
Packages & Sessions
- ServicesThe sessions your salon sells, by category, with a price at each salon and the rooms that can take them. Change the shelf and the booking page changes with it.
- PackagesMemberships, packs and passes on a shelf your customers buy from. Join takes a card online, no account first. Reserve holds it for the counter. Check-in spends the sessions.
- ProductsRetail stock on the till, rung up on the same ticket as the session. Customers can reserve it online and collect it at the counter. Stock counts down as you sell.
Grow
- Free TansA code on the counter or the floor screen. A first tan for free. A text after the visit. The app counts who came back to buy.
- SMSText offers to a list you pick. The cost is shown in segments before you send. Links are shortened for you. Replies land on the customer's file.
- EmailNine campaigns ready to send. Lay the email out in a drag-and-drop designer, or keep the simple letterhead and change the words. Deliveries, opens and clicks come back to the app.
- Promo CodesDiscounts a customer types on the booking page or the counter applies at check-in. Scoped to a channel, a salon or a list. One code per booking.
Reach
- In-StoreA screen on the salon floor that shows today's offer, the weather, and the code for a free first tan. Set from the app, one screen per salon.
- SocialWrite one post with pictures or a video, pick the salon's accounts, and send it now or at the time you set. Each network's answer comes back to the post.
- Direct MailPick the homes within a few miles of the salon, or your own customers. Design the card and see the price. The printer prints it and posts it.

Settings
- ReportsMoney, visits, customers and marketing, per salon and across all of them. Twenty-eight reports built from records the app already keeps, and CSV exports for your accountant.
- Locations & StaffYour salons, their addresses and hours, which modules each one runs, and who may use the app there. A role says what a person sees. A salon says where.
- Rooms & EquipmentRooms are where a session happens. Equipment is each bed and booth, its type, and the hours on its lamps. A bed due for lamps drops out of the booking page automatically.
- PaymentsConnect your salon's Stripe account once. The booking page, the packages shelf, memberships and the till all take money there. Tan.app takes nothing per sale.
- ThemeThe app renders every screen in seven skins, from ivory paper and serif type to dark. Pick one in Settings. The booking page uses a skin too, so the customer's page can match the counter.
- MessagesEvery text and email your customers receive, word for word, with when each one goes out. Confirmations, reminders, waiver requests, package renewals and the free-tan sequence, on one page.
Members Portal
From $19 a month per location.
Starter is $19: skin surveys and the customer file. Salon Desk is $97: book, sign, and take payment at the till. Members Portal is $197 and adds memberships, reports and the funnel; campaigns are $29 add-ons. The Full Suite is every screen at $297, and on it we set your salon up for you.
